What can you expect?

  • You will manage the organizational and professional aspects of the residential area and work closely with the department management
  • You will accompany residents in everyday life situations, carry out medical prescriptions, and support other professional groups
  • You will organize excursions and be responsible for creating and reviewing the assessment of need and care planning according to the BTHG
  • You ideally have experience in integration assistance and working with residents with psychiatric illnesses

What should you bring?

  • You have completed a 3-year vocational training or a degree in the pedagogical or medical field
  • You already have experience in residential area management or deputy residential area management
  • You ideally also have relevant further training
