Job Summary:


Work Sites: 2 days a week in New Brunswick, NJ and 3 days a week in Brooklyn, NY HQ


Duties:


  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) on social media platforms
  • Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "social" way while cultivating leads and sales
  • Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts
  • Oversee design (i.e., Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, Blog, etc.)
  • Design, create and manage promotions and social ad campaigns
  • Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation
  • Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed
  • Compile reports for management showing results (ROI)

Experience:


  • Proficiency in social media marketing platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Graphic design skills are a plus
  • Content creation abilities
  • Understanding of web design principles


This is an excellent opportunity for a creative individual with a passion for social media to make a significant impact on our brand's online presence.


Pay:
$70, $85,000.00 per year
