Lincoln Memorial University is seeking a dedicated and organized Student Services Coordinator to support student success at the DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine (DCOM) campus in Orange Park, Florida. This position plays a key role in assisting the Assistant Dean of Students and Associate Dean of Students in coordinating student support services and activities for the Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) program.
Position Summary
The Student Services Coordinator provides administrative and operational support for student services, programming, and activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to communicate effectively with students, faculty, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Assistant Dean of Students and Associate Dean of Students in coordinating student services and activities
- Assist with planning, organizing, and implementing student programs and events
- Maintain records and documentation related to student services
- Provide administrative support and respond to student inquiries
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations as needed
- Utilize software tools to support daily operations
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, or similar programs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Basic math and data-handling skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Prior experience in student services or higher education

- Orange Park, Florida (On-site)
