This is a full-time, on-site role located in Orange Park, FL, for an Administrative Assistant, Student Services at the DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine (DCOM).
The Administrative Assistant will manage day-to-day clerical and administrative tasks to support the effective delivery of student services.Responsibilities include creating and maintaining records, scheduling appointments, providing support for executive staff, handling correspondence, and ensuring efficient communication between students and the administration.
Lincoln Memorial University's DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine (LMU-DCOM) is seeking a professional and organized Administrative Assistant for Student Services to serve as the front-line receptionist and provide administrative support in a student-centered academic environment.
Responsibilities:
Serve as primary receptionist for Student Services
Greet and assist students, visitors, and staff
Provide administrative and clerical support
Maintain accurate student records and files
Assist with scheduling and office coordination
Support daily office operations
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma
Two (2) years of office experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Two-year associate degree
Experience in higher education or student services
