- Serve as the first point of contact answering and resolving customer questions and concerns in person and over the phone
- Fulfill customer orders ensuring accurate and timely shipment of parts and supplies through UPS, Fed Ex, Common Carrier, or other vendors
- Receive and allocate parts and supplies to fulfill customer orders or replenish stock
- Pull parts for pick tickets and invoice orders
- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment
- Work with Accounts Payable to resolve any receipt/ invoice questions
- Accurately complete cycle counting and inventory adjustments
- Support entire team as needed to include fill in for delivery drivers
- Other duties as assigned
- Experience with heavy equipment and/or refrigeration unit parts preferred but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized and detail oriented
- Team Player
- Basic computer skills to include outlook and Microsoft office suite
- Flexibility to meet changing demands
- Safety focused
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Forklift operation experience beneficial
- 2+ years' experience as a Shipping & Receiving associate or similar position preferred but not required
