    At Advantage Nissan we believe in treating customers like they are family and having fun while doing it As a Service Advisor it is your primary goal to create Long-lasting relationships with customers and become their trusted advisor for all things automotive. On a daily basis you will work with customers to address their automotive needs. We are a full service shop. Anything from oil changes to in depth repairs you will help facilitate it all We are looking for someone who wants to build a career in a booming industry We are growing, we want you to grow with us Bring your positive attitude and we can teach the rest

    Service advisors set the tone for a positive customer experience for years to come It takes drive, passion and a upbeat positive attitude no matter the challenge

    Responsibilities

    • Customer Service-Take ownership of every interaction Even the little details count
    • Sales Goals- Achieved by communicating vehicle needs as described by technicians in a clear and transparent manner.
    • Product Knowledge- Own your interactions You are the expert, do the research so that you can be confident in what you are communicating
    • Ability to work on a team- We all have the same goal Take care of customers
    • Quality Control- To the customer you are the entire process, by making sure all concerns are addressed you will win the customer

    Qualifications

    • High level of organization.
    • Strong ability to multi task.
    • Excellent attitude- We need a people person, everything we do starts with the interactions that take place
    • Clean Driving Record.
    • Customer Service Experience- 1 Year
    • Sales Experience- 1 Year
    • Willing to submit to Drug Screen and Background Check.
