    **Operations Support Specialist**

    Provo, UT Operations Full-Time **Who *YOU* Are** BEN is seeking an **Operations Support Specialist** responsible for coordinating intradepartmental work efforts to ensure efficient business operations are maintained and customer expectations are met. The Operations Support Specialist will assist in the day-to-day operations and provide comprehensive support to the Influencer Execution department in areas including, but not limited to, payment processing, invoicing, records management, and reporting to ensure all payment information is received so that customers are paid on time. This role will help ensure compliance with internal processes and provide information and assistance to employees regarding procedures and policies, specifically focused on customer invoicing and payment. This individual will be highly organized, pay attention to detail, have the ability to problem solve and maintain confidentiality. You will be primarily responsible for assisting in payment processes and reports while helping identify opportunities for process improvement, investigating, and resolving escalated payment processing-related inquiries, managing the day-to-day relationship with Accounts Payable, customers and employees. You will have a track record of executing quickly and can accurately prioritize your focus. You are an excellent collaborator that can build strong relationships with internal and external customers.

    Support our internal employees and external customers with payment processing related issues; providing appropriate information to resolve payment related concerns and acting as a liaison with both employee, customer, and Accounts Payable

    Coordinate and assist with payment process, which include ensuring payment documents are complete and accurate

    Manage sensitive and confidential information; including, but not limited to the collection of customer payment information

    Perform regular audits on payments and submitted invoice to ensure payments to customers are submitted on time

    Review documents for completeness, quality, and accuracy

    Assist in answering employee questions with a focus on customer service and maintaining a positive and supportive attitude

    Respond promptly to inquiries from employees and external parties

    All other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

    **Qualifications and Skills**

    BA and 1-2 years of experience in data or account processing

    Ability to handle confidential data and maintain confidentiality

    Fluent in Microsoft Office

    Extremely well organized

    Attentive to details

    Proactive with excellent follow-through

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Experience with basic data analysis and report creation experience

    Experience with managing internal and external relationships

    Able to succeed in a fast-paced environment

    Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel is a major plus

    Experience in payment processing and basic accounting/bookkeeping knowledge is a plus
