In this role, you will play a vital part in our growth trajectory.

The Construction Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of construction projects. They act as a liaison between various stakeholders, including project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Their primary responsibilities involve coordinating schedules, managing documentation, and facilitating communication to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage The Development Report maintain accuracy and issue promptly.
  • Assist CPMs with the management of construction schedules.
  • Manage utilities for new store openings.
  • Assist with CAPEX invoice processing. Manage all department tracking reports.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with contractors, consultants, designers, and internal customers.
  • Ensure all ownerfurnished materials (e.g. lighting, flooring, millwork, etc) are ordered and delivered according to the construction schedule.
  • Ensure all financial closeout documents are complete, correct, and timely.
  • Overall assistance with helping the Showroom Design and Construction department run smoothly.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in construction coordination or project management within the construction industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Problemsolving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
