Receptionist (Human)

This is your task

You warmly and openly welcome visitors when they enter the building

You connect visitors with the appropriate person while following all visitor management processes using the telephone switchboard

You handle various administrative tasks and assist with office management

You ensure top-notch customer service

You assist with building introductions, hospitality, and connecting to meeting rooms

You impress with your flexibility in supporting team tasks and projects

This is what you bring

You have successfully completed a vocational training in the hospitality or hotel industry, and ideally have some experience in a similar position

You impress us with your team spirit and communication skills

Prioritizing and handling pressure come naturally to you

We appreciate a hands-on mentality and some previous experience

Health and safety are important to you in the workplace

Good German and English skills, both written and spoken, as well as good knowledge of common MS Office applications complete your profile
