We are looking for a dynamic go-getter to lead our team in conquering the region. Bring your sales expertise to elevate the ag, fleet, and construction sectors and help us make Louisiana purple with success!



    The main focus of this position is to target the thriving construction and ag/forestry industries in counties such as Bienville, Bossier, Caddo, Claiborne, and more. As the Territory Manager, you will play a crucial role in building relationships, promoting auction services, and facilitating deals in various sectors.



    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners and customers to boost Purple Wave's visibility.
    • Educate clients about Purple Wave's auction services and assist them in utilizing these services effectively.
    • Enter customer information in CRM for effective communication within the team.
    • Support all phases of the auction process and ensure successful execution.
    • Promote upcoming auctions and manage buyer/seller relationships.
    • Respond to sales inquiries promptly and professionally.
    • Represent Purple Wave at trade shows and events to showcase our services.
    • Perform additional assigned duties as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or GED required.
    • Minimum three years of successful sales experience.
    • Willingness to travel extensively.
    • Knowledge of industries like construction, agriculture, fleet, and government.
    • Proficiency in utilizing various technologies for information sharing.
    • Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail.
    • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
    • U.S. Citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.
    • Valid state driver's license required.

    Working Settings:

    • Full-time Salaried Exempt position with flexibility in schedule.
    • Expected travel up to 75% of the time.
    • Physically demanding role with regular climbing and lifting.
