    Job Description An appraisal company in Ohio is hiring a Software Engineering Manager to their team.

    As a Software Engineering Manager, you'll be leading a team of software engineers in the development of critical applications that provide property and taxation services for state and local governments.

    This role is direct-hire and is onsite in Findlay, Ohio.

    This company develops software solutions that are used by government agencies and municipalities to manage property assessment and tax collection.

    This role is a mix of hands-on development and leadership, and ideal candidates have a background in C#/.NET as well as previous experience leading or managing teams.

    Required Skills & Experience

    Highly skilled in C# and .NET development
    Skilled in
    Exposure to Azure DevOps
    Experience with WPF

    Desired Skills & Experience

    Experience working with government agencies
    8+ years of software development experience
    Degree in a related field
    Strong technical skills

    What You Will Be Doing Daily Responsibilities

    50% Hands-On
