- Meticulous Attention: Ensure paperwork is completed correctly and timely per relevant laws and regulations
- Critical Thinking: Receive instructions for multiple tasks, determine the ideal order for the tasks, and complete them promptly
- Professional Demeanor: Maintain neat and presentable appearance; perform other projects and duties as needed
- Valid Minnesota Funeral Director Licensure
- Valid state-issued driver's license with a clear driving record
- Ability to lift 100lbs safely
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Ability to follow detailed instructions and receive/apply constructive feedback with a positive attitude

We currently have an opening for a Licensed Transfer Care Specialist at Monarch Care Center in Bloomington, MN.
As a Licensed Transfer Care Specialist, you are most often the first point of contact serving the families that come to us for support during one of the toughest times of their lives. Our Licensed Transfer Care Specialists are called to provide transportation of their deceased loved one from a variety of locations including nursing homes, hospitals, residences, or the coroner's office to the funeral home. Through empathy and compassion, our Licensed Transfer Care Team is there to provide outstanding service to those in their time of need and to represent Foundation Partners through various brands in the Minneapolis area.
