We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance and Logistics Administrator to join our team in San Francisco.

Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager and collaborating closely with other members of the team, this role will provide support for various finance and logistics related processes, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, Sales and Administration support.

The remuneration range for this role is $57,000 to $75,000 per annum.


What you will be doing:

• Managing the distribution and payment of invoices with distributor partners.
• Reconciliation of statements and invoices against reports.
• Facilitation of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Creation and maintenance of customer credit processes.
• Direct import and stateside purchase order processing; and
• Additional backup administration support to the sales and office team.

About you:

• 12 years of experience in Finance and Logistics Administration.
• General understanding of accounting principles and AP/AR procedures.
• Savvy with MS Office programs, especially Excel.
• A high level of attention to detail and confidence in working with numbers.
• Proactive serviceoriented approach and excellent interpersonal skills; and
• A relevant degree/an industry qualification preferred.
