Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations of the store
  • Provide leadership and guidance to store employees
  • Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
  • Manage inventory and stock levels to meet customer demands
  • Conduct interviews and assist in hiring new employees
  • Train and develop staff members on product knowledge and sales techniques
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Assist in creating and implementing marketing initiatives to drive store traffic
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner

Skills:


  • Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team
  • Experience in store management or related field
  • Knowledge of market trends and customer preferences
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to manage budgets and control expenses
  • Multilingual skills are a plus, but not required
  • Experience in sales management and achieving sales goals
  • Strong math skills for inventory management and financial analysis

Pay:
$51, $76,000.00 per year
