Responsibilities

• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
• Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
• Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients

Requirements:

Sales experience or a client-facing background is a plus

Insurance experience is preferred, but not required

Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior

Must be coachable

Excellent communication skills:
written, verbal, and listening

Must have strong interpersonal communication skills

Must be motivated and determined

Create relationships from a cold start.

Must have ability to multi-task.

I have been a Farmers insurance agent for 28 years. My office is located in Berwyn Illinois.

During my career with Farmers, I accomplished many achievement clubs such as: 12 Championships, 20 Toppers Club, 3 Presidents Council.
