Overview

Duties

  • File and organize documents in both physical and computerized filing systems
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings and schedule appointments
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
  • Assist the team with managing talents charts
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Manage contracts between modeling agencies
  • Support visa attorney in the collection and review of documents for O1 Visas

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role preferred
  • Proficiency in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for document creation and collaboration
  • Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Familiarity with office equipment and basic computer skills

From $50,000.00 per year
