OverviewDuties
- File and organize documents in both physical and computerized filing systems
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings and schedule appointments
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist the team with managing talents charts
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Manage contracts between modeling agencies
- Support visa attorney in the collection and review of documents for O1 Visas
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role preferred
- Proficiency in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for document creation and collaboration
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic computer skills
