    Description

    JOB SUMMARY: This position is all about managing operations and ensuring that all equipment is in top condition by checking oil, fluids, tire pressure, and fuel levels.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Fuel all delivery equipment daily.
    • Monitor fluid levels of power equipment daily.
    • Provide assistance to the fleet shop as needed.
    • Collaborate with the fleet shop and night warehouse management to prepare equipment for operations.
    • Help the Wash Bay Associate whenever necessary.
    • Maintain a clean and debris-free parking lot.
    • Assist the night truck spotters in organizing the truck yard.

    QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

    Experience: 1-3 months of related experience and/or training.

    Professional Skills:

    • Ability to understand and follow instructions.
    • Capable of communicating effectively with customers and colleagues.
    • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
    • Logical thinking to solve problems.
    • Willingness to learn to operate tractor-trailers and trucks.

    Physical Demands

    • Standing, walking, using hands, reaching, and talking are essential.
    • Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crawling.
    • May need to sit occasionally.
    • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently.
    • Visual acuity for various tasks.
