Position Overview:

This role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing inside sales activities, and overseeing the production of digital print jobs. As the CSR your role to the customer is to be the subject expert. Our goal is to simplify the ordering process, making it easy to use for customers, regardless of their familiarity in printing.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:
- Communicate with clients to understand their printing needs and requirements.
- Provide accurate and timely information on products, pricing, and delivery.
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Inside Sales:
- Lead customers through the ordering process with effective and friendly communication
- Collaborate with clients to determine the best printing solutions for their projects. Be prepared to lead them through it.
- Prepare and Follow-up on estimates. This is the easiest and most important way to grow sales.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth.
Production Management:
- Oversee the production of digital print jobs, ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Coordinate with the team to prioritize and schedule jobs.
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the production process.
- Schedule maintenance whenever necessary
