To strengthen our team in Heidenheim an der Brenz, we are looking for a full-time or part-time (minimum 30 hours) employee.


Your tasks:

  • As part of our back office team, you will handle all administrative tasks, such as office organization, mail processing, telephone switchboard, general correspondence, and file management.
  • You will also manage company vehicles, mobile phone contracts, bicycle and hardware leasing.
  • In contract processing, you will support our clients from initial contact, to contract creation, invoicing, and maintenance of the customer database.
  • You will also organize customer visits, meetings, and conferences.

Your profile:

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have professional experience
