Responsibilities:

  • You are the voice of our online shop
  • You handle customer inquiries regarding their orders
  • You update, maintain, and process customer records
  • You ensure that agreed delivery dates are met
  • You make our customers happy

Qualifications:

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship
  • You have experience with handling hotlines
  • You are a strong communicator fluent in spoken and written German
  • You have strong coordination and organizational skills
