In direct hierarchical reporting to the management, we are currently seeking a full-time or part-time sole accountant (m/f/d) to join our team in Essen-Rüttenscheid.


Your responsibilities

  • Coordination and processing of accounting transactions for the association/company
  • Accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial accounting
  • Payment transactions, cash management, and account maintenance
  • Payroll and fixed asset accounting, as well as cost accounting in coordination with our tax consultant
  • Financial advice to the management
  • Point of contact for internal and external interfaces
  • Participation in crossdepartmental project tasks

Your profile

  • Completed commercial training, degree in business administration, or equivalent qualifications
  • Relevant professional experience in corporate accounting, payroll, financial and fixed asset accounting, as well as digital data entry and cost accounting
  • Independent, responsible, and discreet work style
  • Analytical and forecasting skills for predicting financial developments
  • Fluent in German
  • Ideally, a strong affinity for IT
