Saturday through Tuesday (Live-in)

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Live-in Caregiver to provide dedicated support and assistance to a senior residing in Oak Brook, IL.

As a Live-in Caregiver, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our client.

Responsibilities:

Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding, adhering to any dietary restrictions.
Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing living spaces.
Accompany the senior to medical appointments, outings, and social activities.
Engage in companionship activities and provide emotional support.
Monitor and report any changes in the senior's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for the senior.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a caregiver, preferably in a livein capacity.
Strong knowledge of elderly care principles and practices.
Ability to provide physical assistance and lift/move the senior when necessary.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for seniors.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
