*What to expect

As a Cromberg employee, you will advise national and international clients on all individual and collective labor law issues. You will see multidisciplinary issues as exciting challenges and will also represent our clients in court. You will lead a small team of labor law experts (all genders) and will be responsible for the team's further development. You will work closely with experienced colleagues from the practice group and advise our clients as part of an interdisciplinary team on all labor law matters and accompany labor law proceedings. You will also acquire new clients and projects for existing clients.

*What you bring

You have several years of experience in labor law at a high legal level and want to become part of a renowned, medium-sized unit as a Counsel or Salary Partner (all genders). A specialist lawyer title in labor law and initial leadership experience are advantageous. You are interested in international mandates, especially in Scandinavia. You enjoy working in a team and identify with the True Partnership concept, which, for example, distributes profits equally among all partners. You are comfortable using English in your daily work.
