    At ArcBest, we pride ourselves on fostering a values-driven culture and are currently seeking an Associate Account Manager to contribute to our vision.


    Responsibilities as an Associate Account Manager include:

    • Engaging in sales activities across diverse product lines and markets.
    • Qualifying new and existing customer leads.
    • Utilizing data to prioritize opportunities effectively.
    • Conducting on-site visits and outbound campaigns to showcase ArcBest solutions.
    • Negotiating business terms and maintaining client relationships.
    • Adapting product features to meet unique customer needs.
    • Collaborating with various departments to provide comprehensive solutions.
    • Maintaining accurate account information and reports.

    As part of the ArcBest Outside Sales team, you will work closely with industry experts to address complex sales challenges and deliver top-notch service.

    Your work hours will typically be Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with flexibility based on workload demands.


    Minimum Requirements:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, or relevant experience will be considered.
    • Experience: Prior transportation industry and sales experience beneficial.
    • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to adapt to new systems.
    • Other Requirements: Familiarity with business solutions, competitors, and company policies preferred.
