We are currently seeking a Technical Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Cologne.

As the Technical Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring production-related processes within our team.

This includes procurement tasks such as conducting market and supplier research, creating tender documents, and negotiating contract terms and prices.


Responsibilities:

  • Calculating production costs and optimizing cost structures
  • Planning investments in equipment and machinery
  • Managing production and operations
  • Automating production processes
  • Planning and optimizing manufacturing processes and workflows
  • Conducting capacity and availability analyses
  • Creating productionrelated documentation and statistics
  • Assisting with the introduction of new products and technologies
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations
  • Creating and reviewing technical drawings and 3D models, as well as machine programs
  • Providing technical support to the sales team

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a similar field, or a technical master's degree
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in machining, automation, development, or materials science
