    Budget Blinds of Indian River County is one of those 1,300 franchises helping consumers and businesses from Cocoa Beach to Jensen Beach.

    THE JOB: We have an immediate need for an experienced window treatment sales person to be the face of our franchise in the showroom, consulting with walk-in clients, small businesses, local organizations and most importanty, lead our Key Account Sales. You will also work with the management team to set sales directions, evaluate new products and coordinating the sales team.


    WHERE THE MAGIC HAPPENS: You will primarily work from our Vero Beach showroom. You re provided a sales vehicle that will have all the sales tools needed to effectively present options to your clients. You will also have an IPAD with cellular data capabilities. The IPAD with our exclusive Budget Blinds Sales Software and product vendor apps will allow you to CLOSE SALES in the home on the first visit to the client.

    HOW WE SELL: We win sales through listening, creativity, attention to detail, exceptional service and by earning our clients trust. Our designers are never pushy. Our sales process is designed to never surprise or oversell the client.


    NEVER SOLD WINDOW TREATMENTS? Weve got you covered. We have a paid three-month training program where you will learn the exclusive Budget Blinds sales system, our sales process and most importantly the products. You will also spend time shadowing other designers to learn the ropes, work one-on-one with our owners to coach you and provide tips to help you succeed. We all win as a team.


    THE BENEFITS: Compensation is a base salary plus commission. You should be earning $70k to $100k+. We also pay for half of you medical insurance and have access to dental and vision on other insurance plans. We also have paid holidays and PTO.


    TO OPEN THE DOOR:

    YOURE ALREADY LIVING IN VERO BEACH AREA
    YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE SELLING WINDOW TREATMENTS AND DRAPERY TO CONSUMERS
    BE ABLE TO LIFT 25 POUNDS
    MEASURE OVERHEAD WHILE ON A 6-FOOT LADDER

    PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK

    PREFERENCE GIVEN FOR:
    Interior design or related industry experience
    CAD/design software skills
    Fluent English with excellent writing skills
    Computer and tech skills (PC, iPad, etc.)
    Avid user of social media
