    OverviewJoin us as a vital part of the team in the role of Medical Assistant, directly aiding the provider in delivering top-notch patient care. From clinical procedures to patient interactions, you'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth experience for all.

    Responsibilities

    • Room patients efficiently
    • Take and document patient vitals accurately
    • Update patient records in our advanced EMR systems
    • Support in-office procedures effectively
    • Maintain cleanliness and sterility of exam rooms
    • Ensure exam rooms are stocked with necessary supplies
    • Handle patient calls and messages promptly
    • Assist in various assigned projects and duties

    Qualifications and Skills

    • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification
    • Completion of Medical Assistant program or holds Current CNA credentials
    • At least 6 months of recent experience as a Medical Assistant or CNA
    • Active BLS certification
    • Prior experience with EMR/EHR software
    • Up-to-date with required immunizations, including Covid-19 vaccination
    • Ability to obtain Medical Assisting certification within a year

    Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00AM - 5:00PM) with patient appointments
    Compensation: $23.00 per hour based on CNA/MA experience

    We provide our team members with weekly pay, direct deposit, health insurance options (Kaiser), accrued paid sick leave (Oregon Paid Sick Leave), and a retirement plan (OregonSaves) upon eligibility.
