- Must meet one of the following combinations of education and experience: 8+ years of relevant industry and construction experience plus an additional 3+ years of direct safety oversight
- Or Safety certification from accredited or industry recognized certifying body and 3+ years of direct safety oversight experience
- Or Associates degree in engineering, construction, or safety and 2+ years of direct safety oversight experience
- Or Bachelors degree in engineering, construction, or safety and 1+ years of direct safety oversight experience
- OSHA 30 Certification required
- Proficient understanding of OSHA standards and guidelines
- Comprehensive knowledge of worker's compensation accident investigations
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written

Lead site safety compliance, supervision and administration of Harris' job site safety plan, in direct coordination with the general contractor and owners site safety plan.
Ensure a safe and healthy work environment on site, contributes to the desired safety and work culture of our organization.
