As an internal service provider for product areas and sales, the scope of tasks includes conducting sales conversations to relieve the sales channels.

Our sales team in Nuremberg specializes in telephone sales of products and services and conducts around telephone sales conversations annually.


With around 1,500 experts:
we advise on over 200 software products and services. Our self-image includes in particular the sustainable and comprehensive consultation of our customers. We offer our colleagues comprehensive training. In addition, we promote a healthy work-life balance and provide opportunities for personal development. The position is full-time or part-time with a minimum of 30 hours per week.


These are the tasks:
You sell the services and products of DATEV eG over the phone. You regularly work in changing areas of responsibility and constantly engage with new sales content. Together with the team, you continuously improve the procedural, methodological, and content-related requirements for high-quality sales conversations. You take responsibility for sales projects.

This is what we are looking for:

Required skills:
You have successfully completed a (university) degree, ideally with a focus on sales. You have relevant professional experience in sales or telephone sales. You are communicative in dealing with customers and in a team. You can confidently handle not knowing the customer or the product in detail.


Learnable skills:
You ideally have some project experience. This is what we offer
