Your Role:

As the right hand to the President of the Company, you'll oversee our office crew, manage our finances, and keep our HR running smoothly.

Reporting directly to the President, once trained on our processes, you'll be the go-to person for all things office, finance and HR related, ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine.

What You'll Do:

• Full-

Charge Bookkeeping:
You'll be in charge of all things in the accounting department.

• Human Resources: From onboarding to benefits admin, you'll handle it all, making sure our team is well taken care of.
• Office Support: You're the glue that holds us together, providing support and keeping the office running smoothly. You'll foster a teamwork attitude where the words "I'll help you with that" are the cornerstone of how we work together No task is too menial in our office we all chip in to get things done

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 5 years bookkeeping and HR.
• Accounting: General accounting knowledge and proficient with QuickBooks.
• Organization: Juggling tasks and attention to detail.
• Confidentiality: Using the utmost privacy regarding sensitive information.
• Technology: Microsoft Office and Quickbooks.
• Self-Starter: Once trained, you take the reins and get things done.

Pay:
Starting at $25.00 per hour upward dependent on experience
