We are hiring a professional security officer for a multifamily (apartment) site in 77013 to perform vehicle and foot patrol.

The role is part-time.

Shifts available:
Overnight Friday, Saturday, Sunday from 8 pm

4 am or 10 pm to 6 am for a total of 24 hours. $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:

Perform access controls at gates.
Foot patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a presence.
Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people on the property.
Secure all exits, doors, and windows after the end of operations.
Provide assistance to people in need.
Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences.

Requirements:

Level III Commssioned Texas Security Certification is
required or registered as a Security Guard in Texas DPS
Previous experience in Security preferred
Strong customer service
Techsavvy with experience in electronic report writing.
Excellent surveillance and observation skills
Must have reliable transportation and a working smart phone.
