**Customer Support Representative I (Remote)**
Preferable Location: Denver | Full Time **Role and Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will act as a crucial member of our team by striving to build a positive experience for our customers. This position is responsible for counseling and assisting the customer on all moving-related service needs. You will be expected to deliver superior customer service in a prompt, respectful, and courteous manner to ensure customer concerns are resolved.
5-10 Years of experience at various customer support related job functions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly customer service oriented
Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as situations and needs change throughout the workday
Ability to multi-task and organize workflow to manage daily responsibilities
Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills required
Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers
Exceptional ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems
Help qualify and generate various CRS reports
Help lead implement a process to Training/Onboarding CSR team members
Multilingual is a plus
