Your tasks:


  • Support in renovation, repair and modernization measures of buildings and outdoor areas
  • Organization of maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting and repairs of all facilities of the building infrastructure with the help of external service providers
  • Supervision of external service providers
  • Coordination of industrial and building cleaning
  • Work clothing including lockers (new and replacement procurement; general administration)

Your profile:


  • Commercial training with technical understanding or several years of professional experience in the field of facility management
  • Experience in the supervision of technical trades
  • Knowledge of project tendering and selection of trades is an advantage
  • Good PC skills and user knowledge in Word and Excel
  • Service and customeroriented way of working
