Entry-Level Technology Specialist

Our technology, supported by a one-to-one program, regular refresh cycles, a robust data center, and comprehensive cloud integration, ensures our faculty, staff, and students are equipped with reliable and advanced tools that support the school's mission to be a Christian school of academic excellence.

We are seeking a proactive and customer-service-oriented entry-level technology specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing technical support and solutions to our students and staff, ensuring a seamless technology experience on campus.

This position is ideal for less experienced candidates eager to grow their technical skills while demonstrating strong interpersonal abilities.

This role may involve moving and lifting objects, sometimes with assistance, to set up or maintain technology equipment and supplies throughout the campus.

Reporting directly to the director of technology, this is a full-time, 12-month position.

This role begins with a three-month probationary period during which your performance, including technical skills and soft skills, will be evaluated.

Successful completion of this period will result in the removal of the 'Entry-Level' designation from your title. Beyond three months, you will receive regular performance reviews to provide feedback and identify opportunities for growth.
