Your tasks

  • Electronic consulting on service and commissioning issues, remote service, providing assistance to customers and AHS service technicians in technical problem solving
  • Independent diagnosis and troubleshooting on CNC machines with Siemens and/or Beckhoff controls
  • Technical clarification and coordination with in-house departments to ensure smooth planning and execution of upcoming service assignments
  • Support of our foreign branches in service matters from Cologne
  • Conducting customer training measures

Your profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Approximately two to three years of professional experience
  • Basic knowledge of Siemens control and drive technology
  • Fluent English skills are mandatory
