Production Planning and Supervision:

Develop and execute production plans to ensure timely completion of food production, and supervise production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.


Quality Control:
Oversee the food production process to ensure products meet company and regulatory quality standards. This includes inspecting raw materials, maintaining production equipment, and conducting final product inspections.


Hygiene and Safety:
Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and safety standards within the workshop to prevent food contamination and workplace accidents.


Personnel Management:
Train, and manage the production team, ensuring effective collaboration and compliance with company policies and procedures.


Production Efficiency:
Optimize production workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.


Raw Material and Inventory Management:

Manage the procurement, inventory, and supply chain of raw materials to prevent disruptions in production due to material shortages.


Troubleshooting:
Address issues and faults in the production process promptly, taking measures to prevent recurrence.


Reporting and Record-keeping: Maintain records of production data and quality inspection results, and provide necessary reports to upper management.


Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure that the food production process complies with relevant regulations, food safety, and hygiene standards.


Customer Relationship Management:
Communicate with customers to understand their needs and feedback, ensuring that products meet customer expectations.


Continuous Improvement:
Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and production efficiency.

Pay:
From $50,000.00 per year
