WHAT TO EXPECT



Displays in cars are becoming more complex and the world of optical display systems is facing exciting new challenges. Our HUD team is developing innovative solutions for this - be a part of these future technologies.

YOUR TASKS

  • You will be responsible for managing the concepts and development topics of optical systems / Head Up Displays / Augmented Reality applications in the automotive sector
  • You will calculate and evaluate the optical performance, mirror geometry, windshield, and other optical topics, taking into account the corresponding specifications of Head Up Displays
  • You will perform tolerance calculations and stray light analyses of the overall system
  • You will also be responsible for coordinating and managing suppliers, as well as internal and external partners, and act as an interface to our customer regarding optical topics

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed university degree in photonics, physics, mechatronics, or a comparable technical field
  • First professional experience in the field of physical optics and in the design of Head Up Displays
  • Experience with optical programs such as Zemax, Fred, or ASAP, as well as user knowledge of design programs Catia V5 and Rhino, are advantageous
