They are currently seeking a seasoned Mid-Level Attorney to bolster their Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Leveraged Finance team.

    **Position Overview:**

    The successful candidate will play a critical role in advising on intricate M&A transactions and leveraged finance matters. This position offers a remarkable opportunity to further develop your legal expertise within a supportive, high-caliber environment, working alongside some of the industry's most respected professionals.

    **Key Responsibilities:**

    Undertake comprehensive legal research and provide analyses on M&A and leveraged finance transactions.

    Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of transaction documents and agreements.

    Offer strategic legal counsel to a diverse clientele, ensuring their business objectives are met with due diligence.

    Work collaboratively with team members across various departments to ensure the seamless execution of transactions.

    Lead due diligence investigations, identifying and advising on potential legal and business risks.

    Actively contribute to the mentoring and development of junior attorneys and support staff.

    Keep abreast of relevant legal, regulatory, and industry developments to provide informed advice.

    **Qualifications:**

    Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a reputable law school.

    Must be licensed to practice law in New York.

    A minimum of 3-5 years of direct experience in M&A and leveraged finance within a well-regarded law firm environment.

    A proven academic record demonstrating a commitment to excellence.

    Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.

    Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deadlines in a dynamic setting.

    A strong sense of teamwork and the ability to work effectively with others.

    A steadfast commitment to professionalism and confidentiality.
