Requirements:


  • 13 years of jobrelated experience
  • Experience with ERP (preferably D365)
  • Experience in Food & Beverage Industry (preferred)


  • GAAP

  • Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (preferred)
  • The Accounts Receivable Coordinator is responsible for all ensuring payments are processed in a timely and efficient manner. The duties of this role include managing customer accounts which entails collecting and posting payments, reviewing deductions on checks received and researching and disputing deductions if required, following up on disputes, ensuring pastdue invoices are paid promptly, and preparing analysis on Accounts Receivable. Other responsibilities include responding to all customer inquiries and maintaining files and documentation accurately and in accordance with company policy and best practices.

  • Consistently meet deadlines, manage projects and initiatives to completion
  • Organization; ability to prioritize customer payments in accordance with billing terms
  • Customer service oriented
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Partner collaboratively and place a premium on team success over individual accomplishments
  • General knowledge of Accounts Receivable best practices and general accounting procedures
  • Knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office
