We are a destination to tell stories, and pave new paths to connect brands with consumers through experiential, retail,&digital interactions.
The Event Specialist is responsible for increasing brand awareness and advocacy, providing product demonstrations and information to consumers, and helping turn demonstrations into sales at retail.
Products are focused on phone, tablet and other mobile devices. The Event Specialist will work in a free-standing mall setup, alongside a team of product Brand Ambassadors.As the Event Specialist, you will become the technical expert on products and services, and assist consumers with troubleshooting devices, registering for programs / service, completing setup on new devices, providinggeneral training on how consumers can use their device, and more.

QUALIFICATIONS
Previous promotional experience and assisted selling experience is required, especially with electronic devices - Existing in-depth knowledge of the Android Operating system and mobile phone devices is a must; Samsung Galaxy experience is preferred - Outgoing, enthusiastic and energetic - Comfortable educating and sharing product feature and benefit information with customers - Strong communication skills - Project management experience ideal - multi-faceted complex modeling and process management.
- Ability to be Independent and motivated - Ability to be a team player - Ability to get toand from the site is required as site location may be up to 30 miles outside of the city - Ability to work the entire event schedule, including training - Must have access to Internet Explorer 8 forreporting purposes - Project management experience ideal - multi-faceted complex modeling and process management.
