Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to analyze customer needs, and the capability to handle complex customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and providing assistance
Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
Assist with training and mentoring current and new customer service representatives

Experience:

Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role at a home services company (roofing, flooring, windows, etc)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Proficient in data entry and computer systems
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Outstanding phone etiquette and active listening skills
Sales experience is a plus

Pay:
$ $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
