General Manager - Jacksonville - MV Transportation

Description

We are seeking a General Manager who will provide support, leadership and direction to assigned operating locations to ensure delivery of annual business plans.

• Effectively manage customer relations through direct contact and outreach programs
• Identify, select, train and mentor location staff
• Oversee vehicle maintenance plan to meet service requirements
• Maintain client contact routinely to meet expectations

Talent Requirements:

• College degree or equivalent business management experience/liManagement experience required/li>A minimum of 5 years in operations management with a combination of 7 years of management/supervisory experience in transit environment with Trapeze scheduling software knowledge/Traffic safety DOT compliance is mandatory for this position. MS Office proficiency analytical strong written verbal communication skills multi-tasking abilities are necessary.
