StruXure NorCal is seeking a qualified, energetic, proactive, customer-oriented, Sketchup Drafter, and Project Management expert to join our Team, with a strong understanding of all operations aspects, and for creating technical drawings using computer-aided design software, supporting our sales team and other departments.


RESPONSABILITIES

  • Works closely with the Sales & Installation Crew Team
  • Impeccable knowledge of our products and services.
  • Maintain positive business & customer relationships to prolong customer lifetime value.
  • Works closely and provides support to the Sales & Installation Crew Teams.
  • Create Plans renderings and presentations to communicate design ideas effectively.
  • Ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, & designers to understand project requirements.
  • Review and analyze technical specifications, sketches, and schematics.
  • Incorporate design changes and modifications into existing drawings.
  • Ability to interpret technical specifications and translate them into detailed drawings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Inherent to take full ownership of the job and the outcomes associated with their work output.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, followthrough on commitments, and provide input & feedback.
  • Understand & Knowledge of project management operations.
  • Ability to quickly analyze data and troubleshoot complex situations for team members.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, detail oriented and able to multitask
  • Flexibility to adapt quickly in a fastgrowing company environment.
  • Think independently & work as a team player in a crossfunctional collaborative environment.
  • Three or more years relevant work experience in Project Management.
  • Sketchup Drafting experience required.
  • Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, CAD software and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
