Location Plumbing Manager:

Coordinate and oversee operations of the location. The locations manager will implement and manage the right processes and practices for the location. They will lead their team in a way that represents our Organization Values.


Responsibilities:

• Financial Metrics:_
• Ensure the location stays within budget
• Ensure projects come in on time, within budget, and meet GPM%
• Revenue, cost, and manpower projections
• Project Management:_
• Project document and workflow management
• Efficiencies of labor, materials, equipment, subs, other
• Weekly work plans
• Asset Management
• Safety Processes
• Customer Satisfaction
• Estimating:_
• Ensure location meets profitable revenue requirements
• Leadership / Mentoring & Coaching:_
• Train Employees
• Employee Reviews / Evaluations
• Ensure the employee management process is being followed

Qualifications / Skills:

• Journeyman License
• Project Management
• Construction Plumbing Experience
• Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations
• OSHA 30
• Drivers License

Pay:
$80, $90,000.00 per year
