- Able to organize, clean, and analyze data.
- Prepare reports and PowerPoint presentations to illustrate findings and conclusions.
- Work closely with the career center staff to provide various reports as needed.
- Support front desk operations by greeting and helping students and visitors.
- Support career center events such as employer networking nights and interview days.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Pursuing a Bachelors degree in an analytical field of study.
- At least one full-time internship or co-op job completed.
- Experience analyzing large data sets and drawing sound conclusions.
- Experience handling data with a high degree of accuracy, detail, and confidentiality.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Professionalism with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with high attention to detail.
- Possess an understanding of computer applications with proficiency in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom and Teams.
- Experience using Excel REQUIRED.
- Experience using Handshake desired.
- Required: Must have completed at least one career education workshop such as SCC 101 Introduction to Career Services & Co-op, SCC 102 Resume Writing, SCC 103 Job Search Strategies, SCC 104 Interviewing Skills
- Required: Must have attended at least one employer event.
- Demonstrate strong critical thinking skills.
