Monday - Friday (8:00am - 4:30pm) - Onsite


Summary:


The Work Order/ERP Specialist is responsible for releasing work orders for custom items, updating bill-of-materials and routings on custom work orders, creating work orders for product prototypes, and assisting in data management.


Main Duties amp; Responsibilities:


  • Release work orders for custom items
  • Update billofmaterials and manufacturing routings
  • Calculate necessary material for custom items
  • Update work orders for custom items
  • Calculate and create specifications for custom items
  • Check completed work for accuracy
  • Promptly addressing and resolving work order issues to minimize delays in production.

Qualification Requirements:


  • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of employees.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Solid math skills.
