Responsibilities

The
RV Sales Desk Manager manages the activities of all sales staff ensuring sales targets and customer service levels are achieved.

This individual is responsible for training, cross-training, and development of all sales staff.

  • Ensure sales goals are attained
  • Manage daily activity & training of the sales staff
  • Ensure sales people are engaging with customers Address and resolve customer concerns

Qualifications

  • 2 years Dealership Finance experience required
  • Previous Automotive/RV Sales Management experience a plus
  • Must have a proven track record with an exceptional CSI
  • Strong communication and customer engagement skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Office 365 and other computer systems, programs.
  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
  • If you have experience in power sports, or luxury recreational vehicles, sales, management we will train you in Airstreams/RV's
  • The estimated annual earning range for this position is ($100,000 to $220,000), which includes commissions on (Commissions Ex: "Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit", "Department Net") and/or bonus opportunities such as (Bonuses Ex: "Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability")._
  • Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, jobrelated knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a shortterm and/or longterm incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO)._
