LACOSTA Facility Services is seeking a 2nd Shift Janitorial Supervisor to join our team at the Glenview, IL facility. This job is a full time, permanent position.

Hours: 5:00 pm - 1:30 am

Days:
Monday - Friday

Pay:
$19.00/hr paid weekly (every Friday)

Responsibilities include:

Oversee janitorial staff and coordinate the daily cleaning and maintenance of the facility.
Perform a variety of custodial tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting.
Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
Stock and supply designated facility areas.
Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
Follow all health and safety regulations
Other duties as assigned

Skills & Abilities

Good communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is also preferred.
Must be comfortable walking, stooping, bending, and squatting during entire shift.
Must be comfortable being on feet during entire shift.
Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
Ability to walk up to 5 miles per day
Ability to walk up multiple flights of stairs

$19.00 per hour
