- 10+ years implementing Operations IT Systems experience, preferably in commercial aviation space.
- 8+ years Project Management experience with full project lifecycles, from vendor evaluation and selection, through to software implementation and change management.
- 5+ years' experience delivering business-process improvement, gap analysis and solutions.
- Ability to manage, lead and facilitate design meetings in order to extract key business and technical design criteria.
- Proven ability to work with clients, client partners, executives and consultant teams.
- Full understanding and delivery of the benefits which an organization can leverage from implementing a fully integrated Operations IT system.
- Strong working familiarity and practice with MS Office, Project Management tools, BPM and PLM tools and procedures.
