- Covers jobs responsible for managing complex and sensitive customer issues which can include estate care resolution (life events), remediations, and/or settlements.
- Functions include assessing wide-ranging customer circumstances, conducting extensive research, determining appropriate courses of action, documenting/communicating finding, and supporting the issue through direct mediation as applicable.
- Manages stakeholder relationships with customers, family members, legal representatives, and business partners.
- This team manages and supports the control step
- The team is part of the recovery department, and is a last stop in the settlement review process
- The largest portion of the case review is in Credit Cards
- Daily and weekly reports are received, the contractor will receive a control or process and each day they work the accounts
- 2+ year of relevant professional experience
- Root cause analysis
- Understanding credit cards, that is the main department
- Payment research
- Litigation exposure specifically civil procedure
- Partnering with 3rd party law firms
- Working independently and being resourceful
- Enterprise/corporate environment background
- Financial services background is needed
